Private Studios

Having a private studio at Common Folk gives you a dedicated, quiet space to focus on your creative work while keeping you deeply connected to a vibrant artistic community. Unlike traditional isolated rentals or impersonal co-working spaces, our studios are embedded directly within a collaborative environment that offers shared resources, exhibition opportunities, and peer support. You get the privacy and stability you need to produce your best work, backed by the creative energy and visibility of a supportive artist collective.

All private studios include the following:
- utilities, wifi, and unlimited printing
- an All Access Membership (includes access to our Shared Studio, Screen Printing Studio & Darkroom)
- opportunities to sell and/or exhibit your work
- free booth at the Makers on Main weekly artist market (next to the Farmer’s Market)
- opportunities to promote your work and engage in a tight-knit artist community
- opportunities to host workshops and events

If you are looking for something more affordable, we have private desk areas as part of our Shared Studio Program. A private desk is a benefit of the All Access Membership Level of our Shared Studio Program
